Small bug with healer/buff npc:

if you have VIP account and use buffer, you can see that when you buff, your ASPD stat goes down!
This is very easily fixed by reequip any armor, or by using teleport so it's not important (because you normally always teleport with warp npc) but still wanted to report it

After the maintenance, whenever I login into the game. My screen starts blinking in black screen. Please fix this. Thanks
